About Jocelyn Salcedo

Jocelyn Salcedo, graduating from Bennington College in 2018, is a founding member of FLoW. The program provides first generation, low-income and working-class students with a safe and welcoming community within higher education while maintaining open and active channels of communication with faculty and staff members regarding the students' college experience and challenges.
