About Jonathan Spack

Jonathan Spack served as CEO of Third Sector New England for 34 years. Under his stewardship TSNE (now TSNE MissionWorks) became a regional and national leader in several fields of nonprofit capacity building, including fiscal sponsorship, executive transitions, social purpose real estate development, network-based grantmaking and values-based human resources and compensation practice. Since 2017, Jonathan has provided consulting and coaching on nonprofit leadership, organizational culture and governance to a wide range of organizations and individual leaders.
